Start the activation
process by visiting the
City Bank Smart IVR
From the main menu, press “1” for PIN generation & card activation.
Press “1” for card activation & PIN generation.
Select the card number from the drop-down menu.
Enter card expiry date and CVV (Located on card).
Enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
Provide a 4-digit PIN.
The card will be activated upon successful PIN generation (For newly issued cards).
